Functional Strength & Metcon
Our flagship fitness program is scaled for all levels and built around constantly varied, functional movements. It blends elements of weightlifting and cardio into structured “workouts of the day” with the use of Barbells & Bumper Plates, Pull-Up Rigs, Kettlebells & Dumbbells, Plyo Boxes, slam Balls, Rowing, Skiergs / Air Bikes.
Hybrid Conditioning
This format follows training techniques for a 1- 8km run and 8 functional workout station structure, including sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, wall ball Farmer’s Carry, sandbag lunges and rowing. Individual or Pairs Performance.


Strength Training Classes
Barbell Club focuses exclusively on the art of barbell training, this class teaches the technique for the Deadlift, Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.
Alternatively, Power Hour is a strength & tone class utilising barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to develop full-body strength, improve lifting technique, and build muscular endurance through structured, progressive training.
Flexibility & Stretch Classes
Our flexibility and stretch classes blend Yoga and Pilates to improve mobility, release tension, and build core strength. Focused on controlled movement, deep stretching, and posture — leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and more balanced.


Kid Fitness
In a fun and engaging environment, our classes develop key physical attributes such as speed, strength, agility, and flexibility, helping young people make fitness a natural and enjoyable part of their lives.

At Unit 3, you’re not just joining a gym, you’re gaining a coaching team with over 20 years of combined experience across fitness, sport, and athletic development. Our qualified coaches specialise in strength training, conditioning, personal training and gymnastics, delivering safe, effective, and results-driven sessions for all levels. We also have qualified coaches experienced in both GP and private exercise referral programmes to support injury rehabilitation and recovery.
We also offer specialist coaching in youth training through our Boom Active-led kids programme, building confidence, athleticism, and lifelong healthy habits.
